Who is Gary O'Hanlon?

At the age of 17, Gary O’Hanlon was one of Ireland’s most promising young distance runners. However, an accident that almost cost Gary his life meant a decade of struggle was dealt his way. Despite all the set-backs Gary faced, he was determined to run competitively again. Gary is now a multi-marathon winner. His best Marathon time of 2:16 was achieved at age 45. Gary also holds the 1/2 marathon world age record and is the 2017 National Marathon Champion.
